Product update — a shorter path from map to roadmap

12 July 2026
Two paths between the same two points — a long wandering grey one and a short straight blue one.

A short one. Here’s what shipped, and what it changes for you.

What’s new

Ranked roadmap view. Every opportunity now carries its four columns — impact, effort, risk, payback — and the list reorders live as you change what you care about. If your constraint this quarter is engineering time, sort by effort and the sequence rewrites itself.

Deployment-aware setup. Choosing your deployment mode is now the first step, not a conversation. Pick where Silow runs and the rest of the setup adapts.

Faster first map. Less waiting between install and the first honest picture of where the hours go.

Smaller things

  • Roadmap items link back to the observed evidence behind them.
  • Export the roadmap without losing the ranking.
  • Clearer empty states while the first week of data comes in.

A note on scope

Some things we deliberately did not ship:

  1. No individual dashboards. Silow maps work, not workers — that boundary isn’t a setting.
  2. No auto-execution. A recommendation stays a recommendation until a human says go.
  3. No new subprocessors. The list on our security page is the whole list.

What’s next

The next stretch is about closing the loop: not just where AI pays back, but whether the thing you built actually did what the map said it would. More on that when it’s real rather than when it’s planned.
