Silow gives you the map first, then the plan.
It runs where your work already lives and learns how work flows between tools. Not by making you fill out questionnaires or tag anything, but by observing the real thing. From that it surfaces the four bottlenecks every company can feel but can’t point to:

Two things make Silow different from a consulting engagement or a bolt-on tool.
First, you own the roadmap. The map of how your company works is an asset. It stays yours, improves over time, and doesn’t evaporate when a contract ends. Your edge stays your edge.
Second, you decide where your work data is processed. Silow runs in two modes:
- Zero-access. Self-hosted, in your VPC, or on-prem. Processing happens inside your environment. Silow doesn’t receive, access, or store your raw captures. In this mode the data never leaves your perimeter.
- Managed cloud pipeline (default). Raw captures are sent to Silow’s cloud, stripped of personal data server-side, and deleted within 48 hours. No human reviews raw captures, and we never train on your data.
Either way, the boundaries are the same. No keystroke logging. No webcam or mic. We don’t read the content of your messages. No individual productivity scoring, no emotion inference, no automated employment decisions. Silow looks at the workflow, not at you.
On compliance, we’d rather be precise than impressive. An Article 28 processor DPA is available today, and it names the subprocessors used in the managed pipeline. SOC 2 Type II is in progress. ISO 27001 is on the roadmap. Strong protections from day one mean security and legal reviews take days, not months.
Why now
The models crossed the line from “impressive” to “genuinely useful” this year, and they’re a rental anyone can access. That flips where the advantage lives. It’s no longer the model. It’s how well you encode your own way of working around it.
